■About bending
As for bending processing, V, L, U, Z, O, P bending is getting with the standards generally and others are twist, squeeze processing (the circle・corner squeeze processing) etc.

■Bending processing / characteristic.

V, L bending processing. (necessary to use especial jig)

(b)
U character of bending is to bend two sides in the same direction.

(c)
Z bending is bending of an opposite direction.

(d)
O bending is bending of the material in a pipe shape.

(e)
Twisted bending is both ends of materials are twisted in an opposite direction.

(f)
Squeeze processing (the circle・corner squeeze processing) it does form to the cylinder.corner pipe.
